You only have your school prom once in your life… so it better be good. And they don’t come better than Prom Nights At Ewood Park.
For starters there’s the venue itself. Rovers Fan or not, Ewoods hospitality suites are the business…
- The Premier Suite – large enough to cater for up to 350 guests, boasting two bars, dancefloor and magnificent views of the pitch.
- The Pennants Lounge – holds upto 300 with two bars and a dancefloor, situated on the executive level of the Jack Walker Reception.
- The Legends Lounge - holds upto 300 with two bars and a dancefloor, situated on the executive level of the Jack Walker Reception.
- The Red Rose Suite - holds upto 110 with two bars and a dancefloor, situated on the executive level of the Jack Walker Reception.
Then there’s the food… Spectacular creations from the amazing kitchens of Northcote At The Rovers. All our produce comes from our favourite regional suppliers...the local food heroes who are helping to make the North West Britain’s capital of fine food.
As part of our package we offer:
- Complimentary Room Hire - 7pm - Midnight, each suite with its own private bar/s and dancefloor (saving up to £1500.00!).
- Dedicated Duty Manager to ensure your event runs like clockwork.
- Reduced priced buffet menus for parties of 150 or more.
- Plus… a commissionaire welcomes your guests on arrival and directs them to the suites.
Plus we can help organise the extras:
- DJ £250.00
- Theming of the function room from £4.00 per person.
Security & a refundable breakages bond are also required for your event. 2 security guards to be on duty for the duration of your event at £320.00. Breakages bond £500.00.
Please note that minimum numbers apply to each function room.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at 15%.
